This Software License Agreement is basically about playing nice and honouring us for our work, as we try and honour you by producing the best software we can. We think that’s a win–win.
This Agreement applies to software that is available from our website (https://inkwire.app) and sold through our approved reseller (Paddle.com).
By downloading or using this software (the ‘Application’) you agree to abide by the terms of this Software License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download or use our software.
Your license to use our software is granted on the condition that you purchase it from us. You can purchase our software from our website (https://inkwire.app), which handles payments through our approved reseller (Paddle.com).
Before purchasing the full version of the Application, we encourage you to try the free demo or trial version first to make sure that it meets your needs. If, after purchasing the full version, you find that it does not perform as advertised, or as represented by the demo or trial version, please contact us to see if we can resolve the problem. If we can’t, we may offer you a refund.
If your money is refunded for any reason, your license is terminated and you agree to delete all copies of the Application immediately.
Inkwire reserves all rights in and to the Application not expressly granted to you under this Software License Agreement.
Subject to your agreement and compliance with this Software License Agreement, Inkwire grants you a license to install and use the Application on up to three devices that you own or control, provided only one person is using the licensed Application at a time. If multiple people want to use the Application simultaneously, you will need to purchase an additional license for each person.

Your rights under this Software License Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
The Application may connect to, or access information from, external third-party services and websites. This does not imply an endorsement of the content of those sites and services. You acknowledge that Inkwire is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any external third-party sites or services, and you agree to use them at your sole risk and discretion.
We work hard to try and ensure that our software is free of bugs and other errors. The reality however is that no technology is ever completely perfect, nor is it possible for us to anticipate and test for every conceivable end-user hardware and software configuration. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Application will be free from errors or interruption of service, including the possibility of data loss or critical failure. The Application is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis, and you agree that your use of it is at your sole risk and discretion. As such, Inkwire disclaims all warranties about the Application to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we encourage you to backup your important data regularly.
To the extent permitted by law, Inkwire shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit or goodwill), loss of data, injury, damages, expenses (including legal fees), or any other demands arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application. You agree to indemnify and hold Inkwire, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from any such claims or demands made against Inkwire by any third party.
Should a legal dispute occur between you and Inkwire, it will be governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Inkwire reserves the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Application or any service to which it connects.

Any other support questions can be emailed to us using our online feedback form. We try to respond to all questions within 2 or 3 business days (not including weekends and Australian public holidays).
